This position is in a Manufacturing/Industrial work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities General housekeeping and trash disposal Cleaning of machinery and equipment as necessary Floor Scrubber operation Clean-up of exterior grounds as required Use proper PPE while performing duties Detect, report, correct any safety hazards End of shift clean-up to include restrooms, sweeping, mopping.
Various other duties as required Job Requirements 1 year experience or equivalent knowledge and experience Manufacturing experience preferred Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
The work requires regular standing, moving about the plants, and involves a variety of physical activities Skills and Experience Knowledge of (or the ability to learn) safety data sheets, blood borne pathogens, and proper disposal of related hazardous material Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of employees Must be punctual and maintain good attendance Applicants may apply in person as well.
